Actually your ping spikes like hell from 200 to 300 in less than a second and it's pretty hard to be taken down like this.My vote is no.

Sry,but you dont know about my ping.Itz constant between 190-220.Sometimes only goes high when i download or when there is a interruption/problem with connection. How you said ,i didnt meet you even.
